Content Moderation:
In this role you will be required to resolve routine problems, primarily within the context of pre-defined and general guidelines.
- Your main interactions will be between your own team and your direct supervisor.
- You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks in this role.
- The decisions you make will affect your own work and will be closely monitored.
- You will be an individual contributor as a member of a team with a pre-defined, limited scope of work.
- Please note that in this role you may be required to work rotational shifts.
Non Voice Process:
- Check the images, match the website.
- Verify the content with the website.
- Understand sensitive content
- View the content, check the brand name and website, check if the content is outside the scope of family safety, rate the content, etc.
